Terms of sale

These terms govern sales made on the PROMODORO store.

Orders

An order is final once confirmed by our team. Prices are shown in dirhams including taxes; the final total is calculated at checkout.

Payment

Payment is made in cash on delivery. An order is only considered paid once collected by the courier.

Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations you have a withdrawal period of at least 7 days; PROMODORO extends it to 14 days.
