What are the delivery times and fees?

We deliver across Morocco in 24 to 96 hours depending on the city. Fees depend on your city (from 25 MAD) and delivery is free from 1,000 MAD.

How can I pay?

Payment is cash on delivery, directly to the courier. Online card payment is coming soon.

Can I return an item?

You have 14 days after delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. Contact us from your account to start a return.

How do I track my order?

Find each order's status under My account › Orders. You also get a notification at every step (confirmed, shipped, delivered).

Do I need an account to order?

Yes, an account (email or Google) lets you track orders, manage addresses and receive notifications.
